Our initiatives include capacity building for security forces, contribution to policies and to community-based security programmes, and the promotion of inclusive dialogue, mediation and reconciliation. Efforts strive to create peaceful and secure environments where individuals and communities can prosper. We prioritise locally grounded solutions within rule-of-law frameworks and tailor interventions to community realities, helping create environments in which people and institutions can develop in safety. A special aspect of our work is on empowering youth and women in peace processes, and building the capacity of civil society organisations.
