Call for Tender – Integrated Communication Campaign in Ukraine

GOPA PACE is opening a call for tenders for an experienced communications partner to design and deliver one single, large-scale, integrated communication campaign that raises awareness, understanding, and support for Ukraine's European path — encompassing its EU accession process, the opportunities and benefits of integration, and the support the EU provides — among Ukrainian audiences. 

The assignment is conceived as one unified campaign — not a set of separate services — combining strategic messaging, media and public relations, and outreach to multipliers and communities under a single narrative, visual identity, and delivery plan.
