National Field Coordinator
The key responsibilities of this role include -

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support project implementation.

Liaise with MEFT, project partners, consultants and other stakeholders;

Coordinate meetings, workshops, consultations and project events;
-
Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for project missions and field visits;
-
Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities;
-
Assist with the preparation, review and submission of project reports and other deliverables;
-
Maintain project records, action trackers and documentation systems;
-
Follow up on project actions and support implementation planning;
-
Assist with field missions and site visits as required; and
-
Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the project team.
The requirements and skillset include -

A degree in Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management, Project Management, Public Administration or a related field (Master's degree advantageous);

Relevant professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement or environmental management;
-
Familiarity with Namibia's environmental, conservation and government sectors;

Experience working with government ministries, public institutions, donor-funded projects or development programmes;

Strong organisational, administrative and project coordination skills;
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-
Strong report-writing and documentation skills;
-
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops and stakeholder consultations;

Ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision;
-
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills;
-
Valid driver's licence; and
-
Must be based in Windhoek and available to work from the project office.
