GOPA Tech GmbH is seeking a Junior Business Support Manager to join its Egypt branch and support business development, recruitment and project implementation activities. This entry-level position is suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional with one to three years of relevant experience.
The role requires strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively while working to tight deadlines.

What you will do
- Conduct and support personnel research, including identifying and contacting qualified experts.
- Prepare and format CVs in accordance with development partner and donor requirements, as well as the requirements of expressions of interest and tenders.
- Obtain references, application documents and other required information from experts.
- Prepare brief expert descriptions and profiles.
- Format reports and other deliverables in line with development partner, donor and project requirements.
- Maintain the GOPA Group staff database.
- Ensure compliance with GOPA Tech GmbH’s data protection policy.
- Support other business development activities as required.
Your qualifications
- A university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Translation, Engineering, English, French or a related field.
- One to three years of relevant professional experience in business development, recruitment and/or project implementation.
- Proficiency in word-processing, presentation and spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Interest in international development cooperation.
