Pool of Experts - Climate Policy Support Programme Morocco

The programme implementation will be supported by a pool of national and international experts bringing specialised expertise across a range of thematic and technical areas, including climate change, public finance and economics, law, energy, water, environment, social and gender, communications, and other technical support fields such as IT, graphics, GIS, and training. This expert pool is designed to provide flexible, demand-based support in response to the specific needs identified by stakeholders. Expert inputs will be mobilised on the basis of proposals developed by the core team and validated through the programme’s steering structure. 

Experts should bring a strong understanding of sector developments in Morocco, alongside familiarity with relevant international good practice.
