Our approach
Support is organised around the project implementation unit, which coordinates the measures from preparation through construction. Energy auditors and engineers are procured to establish technical requirements, while implementation management and works supervision protect quality during delivery. Environmental and social management is integrated into this process so that efficiency gains are pursued responsibly.
