Strengthening Monitoring Capabilities: Training for Results-Oriented Monitoring (ROM) at GIZ
The training program in Results-Oriented Monitoring (ROM) is designed to enhance the capacity of GIZ's internal staff worldwide to implement and manage ROM systems effectively. The initiative combines practical application with theoretical concepts to improve participants' analytical skills and their ability to share knowledge. Through structured learning and the dissemination of best practices, the program aims to increase the overall effectiveness and quality of GIZ’s projects, ensuring that interventions are properly monitored, evaluated, and aligned with intended outcomes.
