About the role
GOPA Tech GmbH is looking for an entry-level Junior Business Support Manager for its Egypt office to support business development, recruitment and project implementation activities. The role suits recent graduates or early-career professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience.
What you will do
- Conduct personnel research and identify qualified experts
- Prepare and format CVs in line with development partner and donor requirements
- Obtain references, application documents and expert information
- Create brief expert descriptions and profiles
- Format reports in line with project requirements
- Maintain the GOPA Group staff database
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies
- Support additional business development activities
Your profile
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Translation, Engineering, English, French or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment or project implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word processing, presentations, spreadsheets)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team spirit and the ability to work to deadlines
- Interest in international development cooperation
Languages
Arabic and English.
